These Terms of Service govern your use of VAPEOVE's website and wholesale services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. VAPEOVE is a B2B wholesale supplier of disposable electronic cigarettes to businesses in Europe.
You must be:
VAPEOVE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Minimum Order Quantity: 10 pieces per box, same flavor per box. There is no minimum number of boxes.
Order Process: Contact us on WhatsApp with your product selection, flavors, quantity, and delivery country. We will provide a quote including product cost and shipping. Order is confirmed upon payment receipt.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in EUR. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed quotes are honored for 48 hours.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), Wise, Revolut, or USDT cryptocurrency.
Payment Terms: 100% payment upfront for new customers. Returning customers may qualify for flexible terms after establishing a trusted relationship.
Shipping Origin: Products ship from our EU warehouses in Germany, Poland, or Spain — whichever is closest to your delivery address.
Delivery Time: Estimated 2-3 working days within the EU after dispatch. Orders placed before 14:00 CET typically ship same business day.
Carriers: DHL, DPD, InPost, Correos, or SEUR depending on warehouse location.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence. We will ship replacements from the nearest EU warehouse at no cost or issue a credit.
Non-Defective Returns: Not accepted. All sales are final for wholesale orders unless products are defective.
Our defect rate is below 2%. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
Our big puff products (45K-70K puffs) exceed TPD limits on e-liquid volume and nicotine capacity. They are not TPD-notified in the EU. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and regulations regarding the resale of these products. VAPEOVE makes no warranties regarding the legality of resale in any specific jurisdiction.
VAPEOVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
